01 – WHAT WE’ve NOTICED
A café is experienced through more than the coffee. The name, shopfront, counter, seating, menu, packaging and social presence all shape what people expect before they order. The brand must work at every point of the experience, from the first scroll to the first order. We design café brands and spaces together, bringing identity, digital, signage, packaging and interiors into the same language.
We consider the practical details too – counter flow, seating mix, customer movement, lighting, materials and the touchpoints people take with them.
