01 – WHAT WE’ve NOTICED
A hotel makes its promise at the door and keeps it — or breaks it — in a hundred small moments afterwards. The lobby, the lift, the corridor, the card on the pillow: each is a paragraph in the same letter to your guest.
We design hotel identities and interiors as one continuous sentence, so the mark on the awning, the wayfinding on the third floor and the voice on the breakfast menu are unmistakably the same house.
